Are you commercially driven, do you like to make phone calls and do you have great powers of persuasion? Then you might be the person we are looking for. Spryng is looking for an enthusiastic, inquisitive and ambitious sales person to strengthen our Belgian team on the Walloon market.
Who are we?
Spryng is an ambitious and innovative company, founded in 2006 and located in the heart of Amsterdam. As an SMS provider for the business market we deliver our services worldwide to companies and institutions in all possible sectors. With our SMS services our customers can reach their customers easily and efficiently. Think for example of an SMS about what time your order will be delivered to your home, an appointment reminder from your doctor or dentist, a login or verification code by SMS to login securely or an SMS with a discount code from your favorite brand. The use of SMS leads to process optimization and cost and/or time savings for companies. SMS results in increased sales for companies. Spryng makes sure that sending SMS at organizations is safe and fast. Since August 2021, Spryng has proudly become part of Commify, which will certainly benefit our (international) market opportunities. Our international team is young (in spirit), close-knit and entrepreneurial. A cultural fit is therefore at least as important to us as the right experience and knowledge.
What does the role entail?
In this role you are co-responsible for increasing the market potential of Spryng on the Walloon market. As a Business developer you will work closely with the Country Manager of team Belgium and your focus will be on increasing, expanding and maintaining the customer base. Spryng is looking for a promising talent that wakes up in the morning with great drive, ambition and the determination to turn a lead into a new partnership. Would you like to be involved in the optimization of communication flows in companies and is sales in your blood? Within the function you are continuously in contact with potential leads, both digitally and physically. You look for leads, qualify them and determine the appropriate follow-up. It is your job to understand where the customer’s pain points are and to solve them where possible. You are constantly looking for new ideas to tap into new segments or to make new companies enthusiastic about Spryng. Establishing and maintaining customer relationships is your main focus. That’s why we prefer to see you on the phone or outside the office, because your agenda is filled with appointments with (potential) clients. For this position, your mother tongue should be French and your English is excellent.
Who are you?
– Minimum 2 years of commercial work experience in the Walloon market;
– Experience / Affinity / Interest in a SaaS, digital or tech environment
– Affinity with software and technology
– Passion for sales;
– You are ambitious, eager to learn and like to challenge yourself;
– You have good communication skills;
– You are structured, systematic and thrive in a dynamic work environment;
– You live in Amsterdam or are willing to relocate to (the region) Amsterdam;
– Your mother tongue is French and you also speak English very well.
But just as important:
